Too many digital health companies lose momentum for the same reasons:
-
They build exceptional technology that doesn’t fit real clinical or operational workflows
-
They underestimate the complexity of integrating with incumbent systems
-
They assume open standards and APIs are plug-and-play
-
They invest heavily in promotion before proving delivery at site level
SI-Squared was created to change that.

CONNECTING HEALTH & CARE: EMPOWERING INNOVATION

How we work
SI-Squared does not arrive with fixed templates or pre-built solutions.
Every engagement starts by understanding your product, your commercial ambitions, your target NHS customers and the real environments you must integrate into.
From there, our work is guided by a small number of practical questions.
Our role is to connect strategic direction with technical and architectural reality, partner and stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery support.
Because in healthcare, good ideas only matter if they survive real implementation.

What clients typically achieve with SI-Squared
Clients working with SI-Squared commonly achieve:
-
Credible routes to NHS pilots and partner engagements
-
Scalable integration and interoperability strategies
-
Validated delivery and platform approaches
-
Clear product and roadmap prioritisation
-
Early evidence that supports wider adoption and investment
Most advisory firms focus on one dimension of a problem.
They are either strategic, technical, or commercially focused.
SI-Squared deliberately works across all three.
